Dubai, UAE, 7 March 2019: LG Electronics (LG) opened its new business-to-business showroom on March 6, 2019, in Al Ain. Elaborating on the potential benefit a B2B showroom can bring to the region, Ahmad Abed, Regional Manager, Abu Dhabi, LG Electronics Gulf, said, “All our products are Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) certified and the focus continues to be on our after-sales service, which is carried out by our in-house company.” The idea of having a showroom in Al Ain, he added, is to enable clients to come and see the units, while also seeking information about them.
Abed pointed to LG’s new inverter technology being showcased and said, “The inverter technology consumes 30–40% less energy as compared to normal compressors.” He added that the products are durable due to the continuous innovation carried out by the R&D department.
