Brussels, Belgium, 2 July 2018: UL, a global service provider to the HVACR industry, has become the official Cybersecurity Leader (sponsor) of the 2018 Eurovent Summit in Seville, Spain, the company said in a Press communiqué. UL is going to emphasise its cybersecurity approach and expertise during Europe’s major gathering for key HVACR decision-makers, the communiqué said.
With this sponsorship, the company underlines the importance of safe and efficient HVACR solutions, and its recent expansion to European countries, the communiqué said. Summit participants are also going to receive dedicated seminars on how to effectively export to the HVACR market in the United States, the communiqué further said.

The communiqué further said key events include a dedicated workshop for installers in Spanish by the Spanish federation CONAIF, the Spanish Industry Symposium organised by AEFYT and AFEC (in English and Spanish) and the Eurovent Innovation/HUB at the Naval Museum, which includes a presentation given by UL representatives.
