UAE, 03 June 2018: Danfoss, the engineering services provider, has received recognition from Abu Dhabi Customs Authority for its best practices on intellectual property during the celebration of World Intellectual Property Day recently, the company announced in a Press communiqué.
Through its effective major crackdown on the sale of counterfeit goods and products across the UAE and the wider region, Abu Dhabi Customs Authority identified Danfoss as the best company that shows solid effort in providing support and raising awareness about intellectual property, the communiqué said.
The communiqué said the Dubai Customs Authority has also identified Danfoss’ initiative in supporting innovative projects in schools in the UAE. The communiqué further said the Danfoss Foundation for Education was awarded last month for their ongoing commitment to support students from different local universities in terms of technical knowledge and equipment.
