Al Shirawi Facilities Management bags contract to provide IFM services for luxury residential tower in Dubai

Dubai, UAE, October 11: Al Shirawi Facilities Management has bagged a contract to provide integrated facilities management services for the 188 Luxury Tower in Downtown Dubai, the company said through a Press communiqué.

Speaking on the occasion, Navin Valrani, CEO of Al Shirawi Facilities Management, said: “At the heart of our strategic growth plan for the region is the pursuit of service excellence. Through partnerships to strengthen our sector-specific expertise, continuous investment in training and the quick adoption of digital and other innovations within the industry, we are leaving no stone unturned in ensuring service excellence. Our efforts are clearly paying off as we continue to add more prestigious properties to our roster.”

Valrani further added that the scope of services would include MEP, specialised services management, housekeeping and security services.
