Empower’s number of customers crosses 65,000 by the end of 2016

The District Cooling service provider says number expected to further increase in 2017

Dubai, UAE: Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), has revealed that the number of its customers has increased to reach 65,000 by end of 2016, while adding that the numbers are climbing in 2017 as well.

According to Empower, the main reason behind the increase is the customers’ growing trust in the District Cooling service, in terms of its efficiency compared to conventional cooling services.

“As a result of the global boom in buildings and infrastructure, there is an increasing need for cooling services during these years,” said H.E. Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower. “Customers are looking for better quality, more efficient and, equally important, affordable cooling services. In addition, recently the environmental element has become one of the main factors that determine customers’ preferences. As such, Empower’s district cooling services is getting more popular and widely used as it addresses our customers’ requirements.”

He further said: “We expect more growth in the number of customers in the upcoming years, as a result of signing new contracts to provide new projects with district cooling service. We leverage on our current customers’ satisfaction with our services and we always reach at the expected growth by improving our efficiency and providing best customer services.”
