Dubai, UAE: Germany-based Ziehl-Abegg has announced that David Miller has been appointed as Managing Director of Ziehl-Abegg Middle East.
Entrusted with the responsibility for the market in the Middle East region, the 31-year-old engineer, the company said, has already worked for different companies in the Middle East, Europe and the United States, and has vast experience in the HVAC business and regional knowledge, which provides a good base for the new challenge: To help Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) by sharing expertise and supporting their product development.
“Our business in the Middle East is growing rapidly, and his appointment enables an improved service for our local and regional customers,” said Peter Fenkl, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ziehl-Abegg. “He has an excellent technical knowledge of the cooling, heating and ventilation business.”
Miller added, “My goal is (to) offer the market innovative solutions that reduce both noise and energy consumption, whilst demonstrating the quality benefits and reliability of our German-engineered products.”
This, the company said, is only possible if the OEM works closely together with the fan- and drive-producing company. “Ziehl-Abegg,” Miller said, “produces not only fans and drives but provides also the control technology. We can subsequently offer a tailored system solution from one source.”
The company informed that the offices of Ziehl-Abegg Middle East are located in Dubai.
