Offers assistance to MENA region customers
Ecotherm has announced launching its new International Support Centre in Dubai in September, to ensure “professional support for all its customers in the Middle East, Asia and North Africa”.
Deetish Budkuley, the Managing Director of the Support Center, explained that it offered individual training and seminar sessions to all Ecotherm partners and customers.
Meanwhile, Ecotherm has announced that its new website – www.ecotherm.com – has gone online since October. With a new design, the website offers more information on all products, Ecotherm claimed, and added that information about its turnkey solar systems and photovoltaic systems as well as the fibre-fleece insulation with patented closure strips had been updated and that the next upgrade was currently under construction. “We will establish a partner login,” said CEO and company founder, Herbert Bremstaller. “The users can download more information about our products. Furthermore, we will implement some of our services online, such that our partners can use, for example, our Ecosize software, 24 hours a day.”
