The world’s first robot-staffed hotel makes a cool choice

Hideo Sawada, Chairman of H.I.S. Co and CEO of HUIS TEN BOSCH Co, shares with Fatima de la Cerna of Climate Control Middle East, the reason behind the decision to open a hotel run almost entirely by robots.
