Empower honours employees

Acknowledges their contribution to the company’s growth

Dubai, UAE: Empower has announced honouring employees and felicitating staff members who completed 10 years in the organisation, for their contribution to the progress of the organisation. The ceremony, said the announcement, took place during its staff gathering function held in Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai, and was attended by H.E. Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower.

Empower informed that its support to old employees is not restricted to the annual event but includes a year-round community campaigns dedicated to entertainment and enhancement of professional and personal experiences alike. For example, said Empower, it conducted financial literacy sessions to teach its staff on improving their overall financial health. The company also reportedly organised an event for female employees, focused on their health, in addition to many other campaigns.

According to Empower, the company’s human capital management strategy is in line with its strategic plans to support national talents and adhere to the vision of development in the UAE.

“We believe that the human capital is the most important investments we made, and we appreciate the efforts of all employees regardless of their functions,” said Bin Shafar on the occasion. “Completing 10 years with Empower is an evidence of efficiency, professional commitment, and sound management. Honouring old employees today is only part of giving back to those who demonstrated their ability to implement the ambitious vision of Empower, bringing us to a global leading position in the District Cooling industry. It is also an important moment in the career path of professionals and executives in the company.”

Bin Shafar, in his concluding remarks, said that since the company’s inception, more than a decade ago, it has been able to achieve significant growth, which would not have been possible without the efforts and creative ideas presented by its employees, who play the key part in the organisation.
