Carel’s HVACR products at Mostra Convegno Expocomfort

Claims to offer specific solutions for high-efficiency chillers and active heat recovery units

Padova, Italy: Carel, dealing in control solutions for air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, and systems for humidification and evaporative cooling, has announced its participation at the 40th Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) from March 15 to 18 at Hall 22, booth A31-A41, where it showcased high-efficiency solutions for HVACR applications, including electronic valves and DC inverters.

Carel highlighted, the announcement said, c.pCO Sistema in terms of specific solutions for high-efficiency chillers and active heat recovery units, by identifying the specific features and needs of each individual application, and then verifying how the company’s product portfolio can meet such needs. This, the announcement elaborated, will be followed by the company recommending the models that are most suitable for specific requirements, from a range of possibilities, as well as providing integrated control logic.

According to Carel, among the innovation on show at its booth is heaterSteam Titanium, acclaimed to be the world’s only humidifier with titanium heaters, as also humiSonic direct, which Carel said, has been selected for the 2016 Efficiency & Innovation Path at this year’s edition of MCE, and included in the special Beyond Class A event in Hall 2.

Carel listed other products from its stable at the exhibition: tERA, its platform for centralised and remote monitoring of HVAC management and control systems in industrial and commercial applications; HEOS Sistema, which has reportedly been awarded the AHR Expo Innovation Award 2016, in the refrigeration category; the Cella Platform, the new generation of cold room controllers for cold rooms with UltraCella and SmartCella; and EVD ice, the electronic expansion valve driver, said to be developed to operate in extreme conditions.
